Return policy
We aim to satisfy all of our customers, the 1 year warrenty supplied on kits or batteries is not supplied by us and it is supplier warrenty so any claims please message us and we will pass on the message. as we are a small up and coming business we do not have warrenty at the minute.
Shipping
We offer Next Day Delivery on orders thats paid by paypal or bank transfer
why you may ask? well shopify has a 1-10 day payment processing time and as we are a small business we do not stock products and we order directly from our manufactures.
if you would like to get next day delivery for a battery or kit you will have to order before 11am.
At checkout when you get to payment method please select next day delivery and select your desired payment method. Then on payment page please select your payment method and follow the steps.
If you put in your card details at checkout that will be paying via shopify payments and unfortunately will have to wait 1-10 days until your order is shipped out. Thank you for reading and i hope this has cleared up a few questions!
Why should i order from you?
Well our 3000-5000w conversion kits come with the heavy duty bolt on torque arms already! none of that jubilee clip stuff. they also come with a surron throttle in the box! i know our 2000-1000w conversion kits are not the cheapest however they come with the up to date parts including bolt on torque arms and fitting tools!
